Fill Yer Hand Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 I have for sale a model 97 12 gauge that’s pretty original. It has a 32” barrel with a full choke. The wood is in good shape with no cracks, with the a nice patina to the metal. It has the original magazine plug as well. Recently had a gunsmith go over it and make sure everything is in good working order he put in a brand new adjusting sleeve for the takedown and gave it a clean bill of health. The fit up is very tight. It’s a fantastic gun for trap and skeet. Asking $575 shipped to your FFL. Or would be interested in trading for a hammered double. Thanks
Outlaw Gambler Posted January 22, 2022 Posted January 22, 2022 You might want to check the right shell stop screw. It may just be the angle of the picture but it appears there is no screw in the receiver. The hole is black compared to the visible screw head on the left. Right and left side determined by looking down the gun held in firing position.
Fill Yer Hand Posted January 22, 2022 Author Posted January 22, 2022 Thanks for the observation, upon further investigation it is there, just a little more recessed than the other.
Cvalance Posted January 30, 2022 Posted January 30, 2022 Still available ? If so will you ship to C&R holder ? Thanks .
