Biden has that covered, see his web page. As he seems to see it, if the government is allowed to keep records for 24 hours, it should be able to keep them longer. Well, it isn't that the government is allowed to keep them for 24 hours, more a matter under the law that they must be destroyed within 24 hours. So from his standpoint, then why not require they be destroyed in 48 hours, or 72 hours, or 10,000 hours. Why not insist the records be destroyed in 876,600 hours?
