Mike wants hidden serial numbers on guns, not unlike VIN placement on cars, and expanding record keeping on purchases and FFL inventories. The bill is supported by the Brady group, Giffords and Everytown (three red flags in a row). What I found interesting in his release, is the admitted unscrupulous FFL dealers account for 1.2% of all FFLs. So let's screw with the other 98.8% of the dealers who are obeying the law.
