Fired cartridge high primer pistol jam?

Begs the question if wet tumbling with steel media enlarges the pockets beyond spec, after multiple cleanings.  Of course, multiple cleanings to that extent also signals brass that's been loaded too many times.  

I'd really like to hear what a brass manufacturer has to say about the cleaning question.

Hell, I reload my brass till it cracks and I don't have this problem... Wet tumble with SS media too.

 

Sometimes the answer is simple ...
