Percussion Smoothbore Barrel

[Come On Christmas]

I have a CVA Hawken tack driver and a Thompson Center Renegade.i also have a TC White Mountain Carbine, my short dawg fun gun.

 

I know there are occasional Renegade Smoothbore barrels floating around on the Internet.

 

Should I wait for a Renegade barrel to float by or is there a good source for ready made drop in smoothbores barrels around?

 

I was amazed by the grouping this cat in my Muzzleloader made with a Marble site and hollow back wadcutter Modern Minie Bullet with his Smoothbore barreled Renegade looking trade gun.

Not sure about the smoothbore but Green Mountain might be able to help. I'm thinking they made replacement barrels

Smoothbores can be a lot more accurate than you think. Got a buddy that had a Charleville and now a .62 Hawken that are lights out at 50 yds. You just have to find the right patch/ball/load combo.
