Outrider, SASS #72622 Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Are those smooth or do they have the ridges?
Rio Brazos Kid Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 These are nothing more than the shells sold in Big Box stores in the 100 Packs, called Federal Top Gun loads. They were produced with the pink pigment in the plastic, as a commemorative and awareness factor for Breast Cancer. Their slightly high steel case heads, along with their ridged plastic sides, relegate them to only mediocre for CAS use. Probably work OK in Pumps and Lever guns, but are definitely second class to AA's or STS hulls in SXS shotguns.. RBK
Come On Christmas Posted November 29, 2013 Author Posted November 29, 2013 Yeah, just a novelty really. I do shoot an 87 That and they .0295 cents apiece .
Jack N. Water Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 The pink ones load fine in a MEC set for AA hulls. good hull for lost brass matches.
