Virgil Ray Hality, SASS# 37355 Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 HR 226 put a cap on the loss one can claim on Givt siezed property (firearms). I have to chat with my tax man Monday to find out how this differs from the current IRS code.
