Double strong side PLUS a cross-draw for your option. Marked size 38- Measures 38" from center pivot of belt buckle to the middle hole. Range on the holes from buckle is 36-40". Marked as 45 caliber but 44 caliber rounds fit good as well. Black Hills Leather sells all this new for over $400. Mr. Kelly's said his Colts did not fit tight enough in these holsters that were broke in with New Model Vaquero's so I was happy to refund his money and they are on the way back to me now. I was quite disappointed that my Colts were a bit loose in the holsters, and since I carry horseback, that is a bigger concern for me than perhaps it might be for other pards. It may not be purdy but she shoots just fine. Everything there and works like it should. Dark bore with plenty of rifling, grips not chipped up. Old model Vaqueros- No personal experience with those, but I'm told that the answer would be yes they would fit. The holsters were broke in with NMV's and have an easy pull. Since the OMV's are a bit bigger they would be pretty snug and go through another break-in period. You might want to get a second opinion on that to be comfortable with the decision.
