When my father first moved out west he went into real estate ... we did fixer uppers every summer... lol.. And I spent many years fixing up houses to sell. Don't mind it at all.. keeps me busy. Will be down to "save a pup" this week to convert the no longer needed horse barn to a storage shed, . . the pick up lumber on the way back to the ranch to finish the front and the roof.
