Three Foot Johnson
Leather stamps, that is. I'm building a new gun belt and decided to stamp (rather than carve) J BAR on the back... the J and L are virtually identical and only have the K between 'em in the rack... so my belt now says L BAR. Rather than change my brand, I think I'll cover the L with a concho and stamp the J on the other side. It will make the logo slightly off-center to the left, but if I lose a few pounds and buckle it in the next hole, it'll be centered again. A concho, some stamping & carving and I can use it in B Western too!

Crusty
You are a "crafty" one. Did I ever relate the story of the double layered belt in Iceland?
Three Foot Johnson
If I can get up early tomorrow and finish it, I might use it at the state match this weekend - it's the belt for my 18" Buntlines. ... The double layered Icelandic belt... I don't believe I've ever heard about that one... do tell.
