I heard that they must wear at least five articles from the following list Oversized shoes, oversized polka dot tie, bright baggy pants, multi colored suspenders, colored hair or wig, bright red nose, water squirting flower corsage, novelty handkerchiefs, makeup, etc In addition I heard they have to shoot the shotgun targets with a bottle of selser water.
