I Had this problem with one of my revolvers. I thought I was short stroking the action during the stage but at the end of one of the stages it happened I noticed the same little dent on the brass that you see. When I got home and took the guns apart to clean and put back together I was pulling on the hammer as hard as I could and every 10 or so times the cylinder would keep spinning and stop half way between the chambers. Turns out when I took the gun back apart the screw that pushes on the hand spring was almost completely backed out I screwed it back in and the problem went away. I would check that first.

I have a Stetson Bozeman hat as my main outfit hat. Its 100% wool felt. It is super comfortable and very cool. Keeps its shape pretty well and I wore it in a 2 day match that rained so much it took me a month to dry out. my head never got wet and it never hurt the hat. I think its around the 120 mark.

What would the benefit of Doing single shot transitions without a target vs doing it dryfire? I'm not bashing I'm genuinely curious. I feel like doing this dry fire then shooting 1-1-1-1 on actual targets when you could would have a greater benefit no?

Its not necessary but if you aren't going to de-prime first you really need to dry the cases right after in a dehydrator, sun, oven, in front of the fire... whatever suits you. I used to not de-prime and I would just spread the brass out on a towel to dry but I found when I reloaded the brass primers were getting stuck in the pockets. This may not be an issue if you load soon after you tumble.
