Happy Jack, SASS #20451
As I understand it, the new Hotel will be used for many things that currently happen other places. Registration, shooter prizes, Founder's club meetings, the "VP" area, etc. Downstairs are some rooms that open to the stage so they can be used to bring acts out on stage in the Belle Union which is what the current shelter will become when it is enclosed. Also they auctioned off seats on the balcony overlooking the bay where the "top Gun" shootoffs are held as a fund raiser for the ranch at the Buffalo Stampede shoot last weekend. I hope it is finished in time for EOT.
Cowtown Scout, SASS #53540 L
Look in the latest blog. There is a photo of the building. It looks great and appears that it is well on the way to being finished by EOT this year. Scout

Wild Shot #51
I was in the Copper Queen Hotel yesterday morning. The stage is built, stairs and railings done, porches upstairs and down are done, windows and doors are in, siding is finished. It WILL be ready by EOT. All the finish work may not be done, but it certainly is on schedule to be useable. Wild Shot
