Based on this sentence, I assume that if you have a 5 shot revolver with no slot, pin, that you would load it with 4 rounds and not rest the hammer between the rims of 2 cartridges. In that case, you'd have to load the 5th shot on the clock. (Considering a purchase, and want to make sure I know what I'm getting in to.) Edited February 11 by H. K. Uriah, SASS #74619
