Blackwater 53393 Posted January 10 Posted January 10 As more states become “Constitutional Carry” states and federal courts slowly become increasingly reticent to uphold unconstitutional laws, we can hope that these ,so called “gun safety”, groups find it more and more difficult to operate, even at the “state level” when SCOTUS repeatedly strikes down state statutes that violate the Second Amendment! It is to be devoutly wished that it becomes too complicated and expensive to continually litigate as the battle breaks out on more fronts for these control seeking/grabbing opponents of freedom and civil rights! As to the idea that NRA has become less powerful, look at the margin of votes secured by the president elect in this last election and compare that number to the membership of NRA! AND it is certainly worth mentioning that while NRA may have had its share of troubles, other gun rights organizations have grown exponentially and have strengthened as well!
