Make sure you try some deep fried Wisc cheese curds...mmm...mmm good.  Also don't forget to try just some fresh cheese curds.  You know they are fresh if they squeak when you bite into them :-)

I had some fresh cheese curds a couple of years ago! OMG! The SQUEAK! The fried ones there are amazing, too. Miss you and Cookie Lady. Finish your house so you can come play!
