Then we find out laws to prevent the shooting were already in place but not used. Lather, rinse, repeat. Blackwater 53393 Posted March 22 Share Posted March 22 Seems like they might have taken him into protective custody and followed through with proper due process, thus providing him his legal rights AND preventing this tragedy!! I don’t agree with any of the “Flag” laws that circumvent Constitutionally mandated due process, but in this case, it appears that all of the proper procedures could have been followed! 1 Quote Link to comment
