I predict the state will ask for a rehearing by the full 9th Circuit panel.

 

I also must note how difficult it was to find the actual case name from all the news articles reporting the decision. The case is Junior Sports Magazines v Bonta. It is almost like the news outlets want to share their viewpoints without sharing actual content. Ironic given the nature of the ruling.
