Those measures included requiring additional training, registration, limiting ammunition, and prohibiting .50cal rifles.

 

ALL .50 cal rifles? Muzzleloaders? Just .50 cal, or would .54, .58, and larger be legal? Maybe it doesn't apply to muzzleloaders. How about a .500 S&W H&R Handy Rifle? A .50-70 Sharps? A .56-.50 Spencer?
