Dusty Morningwood
SOLD This is a very early factory cased set of the .36 New Model Navy sold by Navy Arms. Date stamp is XVI (1960). Stamped GU on underside of barrel. This is for the short lived company of Gregorelli and Uberti. I think Uberti went solo not long after, making this a rare revolver for those who collect such things. The revolver shows some play, storage and display wear, but possibly is unfired. Dirty grease in cylinders and elsewhere. But I am unsure. Accessories all unused. Cap tin sealed with factory tape. A nice collectable from the early days of replica cap and ball revolvers. $400 SHIPPED.

SGT. QUINCANNON, SASS #32999
Hey Dusty, is this the same size frame as the Army .44, or is it a smaller frame size?
Dusty Morningwood
SGT: Pretty close. The cylinder from my Lyman .44 fits, but does not engage. Hand/Bolt differences. The cyl on the 36 is 2.05" and the 44 is 2.10". There are differences in the shape of the cylinder slot as well. Dusty

Marshall John Joseph
I have one of these. The fitting on mine is superb, built back when CNC machines didn’t exist and hand fitting was the norm. Nice piece. Good luck with the sale. Someone will be a happy camper. MJJ
