No. Stock risers/combs, Monte Carlo stocks, cheek-pieces (wood and lace-on), and such are considered to be "target" shooting configurations: Quote Grips or stocks of simulated or natural materials are acceptable provided they are not customized to constitute a “target” grip or stock.
