Utah Bob #35998
Taquitos, chips and salsa. And the distilled agave of course.
Utah Bob #35998
Tried the Cantera Negra añejo neat, in a Margarita, and in a Glencairn glass. Makes a whopper of a top shelf Margarita but truthfully, so will a lesser grade tequila.
Utah Bob #35998
AHA! In the Glencairn glass it revealed its true character. Initially smooth, viscous and warm. Notes of vanilla and honey. 80 proof and pretty gentle. A very nice sipper around sunset at the hacienda. I like it. A nice alternative to a Don Julio, my normal post-dinner tipple. I’ll give it a 4.3 out of 5. Or if you prefer simpler ratings such as: A. Drunkable B. Undrunkable .......... II’ll give it an A
J-BAR #18287
It looks great but the portion is small. Two or three of those would be a real appetizer!
