Warden Callaway
I have just sent off this morning for an unusual Stevens Riverside model 215 shotgun. I've never actually seen one with triggers that are set one behind the other. The gun has a couple of known problems but I won't know what else know attention until I get it in my hands. One big thing this gun has going for it is that it's complete.
Crooked River Pete, SASS 43485
I think I had that same gun at one time. Mine had no firing pin springs, the pins didn't go back into the receiver when the hammers were cocked. Often made it hard to close the action. Cool gun but not very competitive. Warden Callaway
I see that the extractor has notches to push pins back. A lot of these old guns have no firing pin springs. Maybe the pin is too long? I had one gun that I put a very light spring under the pin. It maybe worked more as a spacer than anything else but it worked.
