Reuben McCoy Rankin # 34239
Several days ago I bought a 36 Caliber Snubby from Flaco Jo. Now I am looking for a mate. Anyone have one or know where I can find one?
Buggy O'BenSHOOTER
Hey Reuben, Dixie gun works has had colt type 36 cal. snubbies in the past at very reasonable prices, new. I have used these to make black powder cartridge conversions out of them, they are much more interesting. vti has sold the snubbie barrels in the past. You must hand load for conversions, or you can stay with c&b and buy several extra cylinders for quicker reloads. BUGGY O"
Buggy O'BenSHOOTER
Hey Reuben, I would like to send you some pictures of my handy work. Black powder cartridge conversion of 1851, 1860, 1861 colts to .38 and .45 colt, in snubbies. I have converted Remington 58's as well in .44cal and .45 colt, and these you can change back to B.P. cylinders anytime. If you would like to see, I need an email address. Prairie Dawg is also an expert on snubbies as well, get a hold of him for enlightenment. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
