Elk Creek LeMieux
If you have a tractor supply or a rural king anywhere near you, we used to buy our boy cowboy boots from there. Think they mighta started their sized at 2 though...
Dirty Dan Dawkins
Also, we look at the womens boot section for our son. They sell plain brown ropers no different than men's ropers. The women's sizes are just may be numbered different than the boys. I know a woman that can never find "womens" boots so she typically buys a size 4 boys. Kids clothes for this sport can be tough, especially foot wear. Kids boots seem to be a seasonal run. Check EBAY. Just got a brand new pair of size 7 boys for $19 shipped. Top quality. BONEYARD BILL, SASS #39,030
I use Facebook - Garage sale sites in my area (3 towns) - there are LOTS of that sort of thing on there - CHEAP - like $5 - $10 - and hardly used. There is usually 1 or 2 photos of the item and you contact the seller directly - and make arrangements (via Personal Messenger) to meet somewhere (like a McD's). Works well - although their PM system is a bit flakey. Heck - I just sold a "Mix Master" on there this morning for $12. LOL. Boneyard
