Outlaw Gambler Posted December 7, 2013 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Sorry Parson but to ship to CA you must request and receive an authorization letter and number from the CA DOJ and a copy or the original of the letter must accompany the shipment to the FFL. This applies to hand guns and long guns. Not hard nor time consuming but very much a necessity. The receiving FFL will not accept shipment without them. At least they are not supposed to.
