Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L
At least they are picking on criminals. I am good with this part of it.... "The powerful alderman wants to force anyone convicted of a violent crime with a firearm, including kidnapping, assault, robbery and vehicular hijacking, to end up on the list" ... but let's say someone.happens to have a handgun passing through the city and somehow gets's pulled over and the handgun is declared, the person then arrested. Will they get put on that list too? Just concerned the 'list' will devolve into a witch hunt of legitimate, law-abiding gun owners... GG ~ Link to comment

Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L
Convicted or arrested? Wouldn't be surprised that eventually the list would include those simply arrested. GG Link to comment
