The ORM stands for "Other Regulated Material" and includes spray paint and other hazardous materials in small quantities. It also includes complete live rounds - not just primed cases. As long as you're not shipping mass quantities and the package doesn't exceed 66 pounds, it can legally be shipped to a domestic location via UPS (NOT USPS). You can find ORM-D labels on Google Images (that's what I did) and print one off to tape on with packing tape.
The Original Lumpy Gritz
Haz-Mat fee does NOT apply to primed cases. Still has to have ORM-D label. LG
