DOCBRAZOS, SASS#18033L
Actually I always carry to the ticket counter at DFW or to passenger Pick-up area. Long as you don't try to pass a security point at least at DFW here in Texas there is No Foul.
John E. Law
In Florida (other than Federal/State specified CCW prohibited places) the worst the establishment can do is ask you to leave. If you don't leave, you may/can be charged with "armed trespass". It's not just AMC Theaters that have anti-gun policies. Malls, medical facilities, eateries, office buildings and so on occasionaly have signs also. It's either heed the signs or not. CS Since I have a badge the CCW rules don't apply to me here. BUT, If i were just carrying on my permit...I would ignore the signs and if I were found out and asked to leave, I'd leave. No big deal. I will not leave my carry gun at my house and you should NEVER EVER leave it in your car. That's how the bad guys get their guns, by stealing yours from your car!If I have to use my gun to save my, my family, or even someone else's life and I get trespassed from the Mall...I can live with that.
