Rye Miles #13621 Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 My powder hopper broke on my 550. I've been dispensing black powder out of it which is not recommended and is controversial at best. I take this as a blessing in disguise. I needed to load rounds for this weekend and I simply remove the belled and primed case, put a scoop of 2F in the .44WCF case and put it back and and continue. It's slower reloading but not that much and I do feel a lot SAFER! So I guess I won't be making the news about blowing my face off anytime soon!
