Wild Walt. 92206
I have a very nice pre-safety Marlin 1894C for sale. I have done all of the Widdermaker angle feed mods to it, and have also installed a different hammer and lever spring, along with the one piece firing pin. When I did the mods to it, I also purchased the new design carrier from Brownells to do the mods on. I does hold 10 38 specials with no problem. Just be aware that with the Widdermaker mods, I do not believe that it will feed 357's any more. It also has the Microgroove barrel. I have never had any problems with leading or anything else, and it is just as accurate with lead bullets as my 1894 Cowboy Special. The rifle runs great. I am going to start shooting my 1873 more, and I just purchased a 32 Cowboy, so something has to go. It is in very good shape. It has the typical match dings and dents. Price is $675 shipped to the lower 48. Make sure that your FFL will accept from a private owner. I will include a copy of my D.L. with it. If you live in Indiana, I can ship direct to you. Also, if you have any questions, you can also email me at mwalt1@comcast.net. http://i762.photobucket.com/albums/xx262/bigdaddy1427/Guns%20for%20sale/marlin1894002.jpg http://i762.photobucket.com/albums/xx262/bigdaddy1427/Guns%20for%20sale/marlin1894003.jpg
