1. Marlin 1892, .32 cf/rf (New Colt), it has both firing pins, easily re-chambered to .32 S&W long. Very good condition, bright bore, 24" octagon brl, no surface rust or pitting, solid stock with one small chip at front end of the buttstock. $700.00 Deal pending

2. Marlin 94CS, .32-20 Limited Edition rifle, excellant condition, very lightly used, 22" round barrel, 2/3 mag tube, 98+% cond.of metal and stocks with medalion in rt. buttstock, straight grip. $750.00

Old School,

 

I'm not absolutely sure but I believe that the 92 is a "post 1898" manufactured item.

It will need to go through a FFL or C&R holder as such, unless I find out different.
