Blackwater 53393 Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 I don't know why this thread has resurfaced, but I did notice that someone said that the only SEC team not playing in a bowl game was Ol' Miss. Ya' fergot Vanderbuilt, the football doormat of the conference. They are however a Baseball and often Basketball powerhouse. They often embarass highly ranked football teams and even defeated a highly touted Boston College in a postseason game a couple of years ago. Most nationally ranked programs would be hard pressed to play a full SEC season. Most SEC teams are hard pressed to play a full SEC season, making what has happened in the last few years even more impressive, championship wise.
