Capt Bill - will you publish the list of categories when you have them set?  I think you said we have enough shooters for Frontiersmen, but I got lost in the thread above regarding FCGF and Frontiersmen Gunfighter.....  I'm not asking for the list of shooters - so you don't have Gamers switching categories.

I've registered for the Paradise Pass Fire & Brimstone - and they have Pale Rider Gunfighter !  What a great way to burn a lot of real black powder !
I hope our weather gets better soon, I need to get out and start practicing !

And what do you think about starting a thread for shooters to list which matches they plan to shoot?  Minimum of three, right?!

we should have enough for Frontiersman. Not going to do Frontiersman Gunfighter though.

I’m registered as Frontiersman at Mississippi State and South Carolina State; about to send it in for TN State.

This seems like a whole bunch of fun!   I got to check the calendar and vacation schedule to see if I can make enough matches to be involved.

Oh, I guess I better start loading up some of that Smokey stuff and practicing this whole gunfighter business.

I'm thinking of going to Frontier cartridge gunfighter next year.

    Do it!

Only 4 pair??? I won't tell ya how many I have, but it's a number between 7 and 9. And with various interchangeable barrel lengths = +10 more possibilities. Wow, I never figured this out before. I think that I have a problem. Maybe it's time to sell some. Yikes!

Sell? What is this thing of which you speak?

I will honor that sort of gentleman’s agreement. That gets you to three. I bet you can get one more! Tyrel I have a set of Navies in .44 set up by Goon Gunworks I can loan to Midnight Rider if that will help.

Thanks for the offer, but I’ve got 4 pair of C&B revolvers(yes I’m a little crazy).

I know that Frontiersman gunfighter isn't a sass category, but the best of both! The Florida international BP shoot offered it. I was looking, is Frontier Cartridge just 1 category? If so can you shoot Frontier Cartridge, Gunfighter style?

Now I suppose we could just register as FCGF at the matches and have a gentleman’s (or gentlelady’s) agreement to shoot C&B revolvers. Now to find 2-3 more to shoot in the Mag 7 Frontiersman Gunfighter category…

Yes, FCGF is all I shoot. The BP styles are all rolled up into one for The Mag Seven. I doubt we  could talk all the state matches into allowing Frontiersman Gunfighter if they would I’m game for that.

    Frontiersman? I'm in!!!!

    Frontiersman gunfighter did you say?

If that were a legal category yes, but last I checked gunfighter wasn’t a legal style in Frontiersman.

I haven’t priced buckles yet but 4-5 should do it.

Maybe you could get Midnight Rider to try Frontiersman?

    He might!

Got 19 pages of Buck something.  But I didn't find Buck DeLaw.

There's a Buck D. Law (a fine pard too) so probably wouldn't allow that; too close.

  9. Flatbread

    1 Roma Tomato

    1 Green Pepper

    Ranch Dressing

    Shredded mozzarella cheese

    Olive oil

    Spread ranch dressing on flatbread

Place flatbread(s) on lightly oiled(Olive oil) pizza pan.  Cover Flatbread with ranch dressing (I like a thin coat). Cover with mozzarella cheese(I like a thinck coat). Add sliced Roma tomato and Green peppers.

Bake at 400 degrees for 9-10 minutes.

    Dent L. Floss

    Golda Plenty

    Cary Onn

I shoot with Doc Roy L. Payne, don't know if that's enough difference for SASS to allow that one.
