Breakfast Breakfast Casserole Makes 6 servings Ingredients 1 dozen eggs 1/2 C cream 2 C grated cheese of your choice (We use cheddar) 1 pound thick cut bacon sliced into 1/2" strips 8 ounces Crimini mushrooms cleaned and sliced 3 stalks green onion chopped fine 2 T butter Utensils Disposable non stick cake pan (Must be non-stick) Optional 2C brown and serve potatoes/hashbrowns cooked Optional 2 1 C chopped fresh spinach Pre-heat oven to 350f Cook the bacon and drain in on paper towels Saute' the mushrooms and onions in the butter until soft Beat the eggs and cream until well beaten Layer the bottom of the cake pan in the following order: potatoes, bacon, mushrooms, cheese. Pour the egg mixture on top and bake for 45 minutes. {Just made it with the spinach and it was wonderful.}

We used to have these buggers when we lived in the South Pacific. I don't know if they are edible but you have to watch those claws. If the crabs use those to break into coconut shells, imagine what they would do to a finger or toe?

Their sister store, Sam's Club, now charges $4.00 an item if you order something on line and come into the store to pick it up. Apparently, it was costing them too much in labor to do it for free.

Supper Poor Man’s Stroganoff Ingredients: 3 Tbs light cooking oil such as Grapeseed or light Olive oil 2 pounds ground turkey or ground beef (If you are using turkey, 2 Tbs Rotisserie chicken seasoning) 8 ounces Crimini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced into 1/4” pieces 3 stalks of green onions, cleaned and sliced into 1/4” pieces 1 10.5 oz can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Don’t use low sodium unless you must.) 1 10.5 oz can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Don’t use low sodium unless you must.) 1 8oz container sour cream (I use full fat) 2 Tbs dried Parsley flakes Salt and pepper to taste Utensils: 1 12” skillet 1 4qt sauce pan (If making rice or noodles) {There are several ways to serve this. I have served it over cooked rice, cooked noodles, or toast. Use your favorite and go from there.} Instructions: {If making noodles or rice, get them started} Add the oil to your skillet and sauté the onions and mushrooms on medium heat until they are soft. Strain out of skillet and set aside. Add your meat to the skillet, season with salt and pepper and brown (If using turkey, add your rotisserie chicken seasoning) Add the condensed soups and simmer for 10 minutes, until thoroughly heated. Add the sautéed mushrooms and onions and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off your heat source and stir in the sour cream. Serve immediately over noodles, rice or toast, garnishing with parsley flakes.

That's a Husky. I've got one of them (half German Shedder too!!). The gals at the groomer are always stunned at the amount of hair they get off her.
