Bianchi X-15 Holsters

I have two Bianchi X 15 shoulder holsters. The springs on each of them are so strong I can barely get a pistol in the holster and it’s very difficult to get it out. How can I loosen the tightness of the springs so it is more convenient to draw the pistol from them?

I have the same style holster but a cross draw.   New they are very tight.  I just pried it open several times and it  loosened up nicely.  Takes a lot of pull to make a difference.  Been over 40 years now and still working great      GW
