Vaquero Leather Botas (knee high leggings)
Lace up with fringe and conchos
Brown with a pebble finish on the outside
My leg measures 16” just below knee cap over pants and14-1/2” at instep.
The flap on the fringe side goes under the conches as you lace it up.  
There was about 1-1/2" left to increase the circumference.
