I think the glass "rake" may supposed to light up like a neon bulb but that doesn't seem to work. The yellow knob adjusts the speed at which the unit buzzes, clicks, vibrates. The glass rake is a press fit so it comes out. The guy that owned this before me paid $125 for the quack medical device alone. With a little imagination I would think these could be a cool Steampunk ray gun thingy. $60 shipped for both items. I take PP, Venmo, check, or MO.
