Great Customer Service - WileyX

After 10 years of regular use the nose piece on my Wiley X Talon safety glasses (with prescription inserts) finally broke.  My model had been out of production for quite some time and when I called the factory today the customer service rep  took the time to go out into the warehouse, find two different nose pieces and sent both to me for free.  It's been a long time since I encountered a customer service rep who was polite, helpful and competent.
