Trailrider #896 Posted June 19, 2021 Share Posted June 19, 2021 The solution to crime in Chicago is to hold an election and when the citizens get tired of all the crime, vote the mayo and all the city council OUT! Then get some people in who know what they are doing. Have judges on-call 24/7 who can convene rapid jury trials. For murderers and rapists, there are plenty of tall lamp posts! I grew up on the South Side of Chicago back in the '40's and early '50's. It was a decent place to live. Now it's a free-fire zone! Mayor is finally asking for Federal help. Maybe, if they armed ALL the citizens over 21, the gangs might get the message, "Shoot and you are going to get shot back at!" I do not believe we have been CONTACTED by aliens (intergalactic, that is). They probably are keeping us under survalience in case we discover WARP drive and threaten them!
