It’s made for women to wrap their ponytail or braided hair in. They are a tad large to wrap the lever tight so I cut 2-3 strips of leather and weld wood them to the inside center of cover. The ones with 4 fasteners work better than the ones with 3 fasteners. Coyote Cap use to sell them around here but he has retired in AZ. I did a google search to find this one.
