Widder, SASS #59054 Posted January 9, 2020 Share Posted January 9, 2020 When a Winchester 97 shotgun has the serial number stamped on the receiver AND the barrel, are both items considered a part that requires an FFL to either ship or receive? In other words, If a person wanted to ship a 97 barrel which has a matching serial number on it, is that required to go thru an FFL, either in shipping or receiving, like the receiver would? ..........Widder Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
