Sheriff Who Says He’ll Enforce “Red Flag” Law Now Facing Recall Effort

The Nevada law is written so as to allow sheriffs and law officers to avoid risk in enforcing these unconstitutional orders.  The risk of injury or death to officers AND the accused is greatly magnified in these cases and thus offers an out to this and other law enforcement officers and agents!  

 

The sheriff should take the avenue open to him!!
