Vendors that Over-promise and Under-deliver

I have asked the moderators to kill this thread, because some were trying to put names to what leather makers, what gunsmiths, I was talking about, (inadvertantly getting it wrong by the way),  

No, we will not do that here.  If I had wanted to do that, I have places and forums for doing so.  And, I would never do so without giving the vendor or smith the opportunity to make things right, or at the least, to give a rebuttal or "the other side of the story".   So, I've asked for the thread to be killed and locked.
