Rancho Roy Posted June 5, 2017 Share Posted June 5, 2017 This weekend at the New England Tri-State the "experimental" front site on my 1866 carbine got knocked off......I had 6 more stages to finish. Yea, I know, a whole bunch of folks are going to chime in that a front site isn't necessary. In fact, I shot two stages without it and clean... Jimmy Spurs was set up as a vendor. I asked if he might have a carbine front site I could buy. He indeed had one, but wouldn't take any money. I told him I had one at home and he simply told me to send it to him when I got home.
