Roger Rapid Posted February 28, 2015 Share Posted February 28, 2015 A fly-over by the EAA Squadron 20 warbirds signaled the start of each of the three waves of posses as an official beginning to the 24th Winter Range. Lt Colonel Scratch lead the first flight at 8:00am on Thursday. The second wave was lead by Winter Range Match Director Blackjack Zak (11:00am), and the third and last wave at 2:00pm was lead by Todd McCutchen.
