Krazy Kajun
So, I bent the decapping pin on my Dillon .357 die almost 180 degrees where it was bent up as far as you could.....I ran into what felt like a jam but "powered" through it.....not the smartest thing to do. Anywho, I was running some brass and all of a sudden it didn't remove the primer any longer. Took the die apart and found the bent decapping pin. While I was trying to remove the decapping pin I boogered up the threads on the retaining cap. So I logged on to the Dillon website and used their webform to leave them a message asking them what it would cost for them to send me the parts....gave them my email address and mailing address. 2 days later guess what I found in the mail....a small envelope from Dillon with a handwritten address and in it was the decapping pin and retaining cap....no charge. Those guys at Dillon are great. You pay a little more up front but man what customer service. Kajun
