It's never been mounted, there is no name or any identifying marks on it. I THINK I got it from Buffalo somebody . It's about 5 1/4" from the top to the bottom of the base and the spacing on the base looks to 1 17/32.It has crude windage adjustments. $80 shipped to the lower 48.
