Flat Water Johnny, SASS #41998
I like them for close range shooting/plinking. For precision work, they do have an odd click (1 click = 5/8 inch or something) to MOA value due to the length of the Ruger barrel and the threads used in its construction. I have a set and if you can see them and also see the target they are great. I had trouble with seeing the 400m equivalent target for 25m at an Appleseed shoot last year. So I had to go to optics. Lots more info on the Tec-sights at the Appleseed site, especially in their forums Appleseed Project FW "Winterseed Rifleman" J
Hal A. Looyah #83098
I built a 10-22 to look like an M-14 (minus the gas tube) for my sons 13th birthday. We used Tech-Sights. I absolutely love them. They are very popular over on the Rimfire Central forums. You would have no problem selling them, with little loss, if you don't like them.
