Slow Poke Joe Posted April 1, 2011 Posted April 1, 2011 These pistols have only had 300 rounds through them and are practically new! They come slicked up from the factory, have consecutive serial numbers, and are smooth and beautiful, just have my eye on something else. Price is $900 plus actual shipping charge to your FFL - they must accept shipping from an individual. I am willing to do a face to face transaction with a Florida resident with a Florida driver's license. Pictures: http: http://www.eupbus.com/ma/alchimista.htm

Springfield Slim SASS #24733 Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 To answer your question, only about 10% of the shooters I shoot with use that long a barrel. Might be part of it. Plus most of the 38 shooters I see are shooting 38's to go faster, and the long barrels don't help that much. Are those Army size grips on those? Nice checkering.
Col. Nathan C. Riddles, SASS # 7462 Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Joe, it may take a while at that barrel length. Don't give up. There's a buyer for everything. It took some time, but I finally sold a pair of SS 7 1/2" 45 Chalres Dalys which were also made by Pietta & the same as the GW II. Just keep bringing it back to the top.
Lone Dog, SASS #20401 Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 I suspect the only reason is that no one has any money. That's the only thing stopping me from jumpin' on the deal like a duck on a june bug. Hang in there pard, a buyer with loot will come along eventually.

Yes, the Alchimista uses the 1860 Army grip and they are great!

You gotta bring it back to the top (btt) more often than you are ifn you expect to sell em. Don't be such a slow poke Joe.
